Hi, I'm Sonja—founder of KaizenLife Solutions LLC, and a firm believer that sustainable success isn’t built in chaos—it’s built in clarity, intention, and continuous improvement.
After years of working in healthcare, project management, and process improvement, I realized a common thread running through every department, every business, and every overwhelmed professional I encountered: behind the disorganization, unclear goals, and bottlenecks was the same root issue—a lack of structure that supports growth.
